Sydney Mainsail can offer you a variety of catering options to suit your requirements and you budget.

You can self cater if you wish, bring your own food and have full use of the spacious 'Happy Hour' galley.

If you want a more relaxed cruise with your every need looked after, then our menus below give you a range of options to choose from.

    Assortment of local and imported cheeses served with grapes, dried fruit, muscatels, quince paste, lavosh and water crackers.


    GOURMET CHEESE, FRUIT AND CRACKERS $12-50 PER PERSON
    A selection of local and imported cheeses, sliced seasonal fruit, and an assortment of crackers accompanied by dried fruit and nuts.


    GOURMET CHEESE, CRACKERS AND DIPS $12-50 PER PERSON
    A selection of local and imported cheeses plus gourmet dips, accompanied by an assortment of crackers, dried fruits and walnuts.


    SALSA, DIPS AND DIPPERS $12-50 PER PERSON
    Vegetable crudités, assortment of crackers accompanied by tomato salsa and house made gourmet dips.


    ANTIPASTO PLATTER $25-00 PER PERSON
    A Mediterranean- inspired feast including feta cheese, roast capsicum, sliced salami, falafel, Kalamata olives, spicy chorizo sausage, semi-dried tomatoes, artichokes and breads.


    CONTINENTAL COLD MEATS PLATTER $25-00 PER PERSON
    A sensational smorgasbord of premium meats including de-boned seasonal roast chicken, rare roast beef, Hungarian salami and shaved leg ham. Accompanied by potato salad.


    OCEAN PLATTER $ 50-00 PER PERSON
    Freshly shucked oysters, peeled king prawns, blue swimmer crab, smoked Tasmanian salmon, tarragon and caper aioli.


    SUSHI PLATTER $ 25-00 PER PERSON
    Selection of sushi and nori rolls with soy, wasabi and pickled ginger.


    GLUTEN FREE AND COLD FLAVOURS PLATTER $25-00 PER PERSON (MINIMUM 10 PERSONS)

    SALADS $ 25-00 PER PLATTER (SERVES UP TO 6 PEOPLE)

    • BABY POTATO AND BASIL SALAD – tossed with pesto mayo on a bed of English spinach
    • TOMATO AND BASIL FETTUCINE – lightly tossed with red pesto sauce cherry and sundried tomatoes with crispy basil
    • THAI HOKKEIN NOODLES –coriander, pine nuts and Thai style sweet chilli dusted with sesame seeds.
    • COCONUT ALMOND CURRANT QUINOA – with a light coriander dressing served on a bed of rocket
    • TRADITIONAL GREEK SALAD – cherry tomatoes, capsicum, cucumber, feta, olives, basil, onion with balsamic dressing.
